Tiarra Sitzer

Tiarra Sitzer is the owner of Sunrise Family Health & Wellness. She is a long-time resident of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She graduated from Mohave Community College with her ADN, then chose to further her education at Grand Canyon University and obtain her Bachelor's degree in Nursing and soon following obtained her Master's in Nursing - Emphasis in Nursing Leadership. She has worked in multiple areas including medical-surgical, intermediate step-down unit, and ER. She has had the opportunity to work in management within the ER and ICU step-down unit.

In addition to working as a floor RN and leader, she worked as a hospital educator at HRMC and worked on developing the New Grad RN residency program to help them grow and become strong nurses for our community. While she worked in the ER and as an educator, Tiarra went back for her master's degree specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Tiarra cares for patients of all ages; she enjoys working with the whole family. Her favorite part of becoming a nurse practitioner is the ability to connect with patients in her community and contribute to their wellness in a positive way. The practice recently added a medically managed weight loss program and amazing wellness machines in addition to offering aesthetics services. "I truly enjoy helping people reach their goals and making them feel great in their own body," says Tiarra. For the past year, she has been growing her medically managed weight loss program and educating her patients about nutrition and exercise to help create a lifelong healthy lifestyle that they can maintain. She is also excited about the growth of their aesthetics practice to include sexual wellness for both men and women, hair regeneration, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. “We love to make people feel good about themselves!”

Tiarra loves spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys being outdoors and traveling.
